1. Assessment & Suitability
- All shoes submitted are subject to assessment. Approval for repair will be based on the overall condition, including structural integrity and extent of wear.
- We reserve the right to decline repair if the shoes are deemed unsuitable or beyond repair. In such cases, no work will be carried out.
2. Hidden Damage
- Climbing shoes may have underlying damage that is not visible from photos or initial inspection. During the resoling process, removal of the existing sole and rubber may reveal additional issues such as damage to the upper or internal structure.
- We reserve the right to revise the repair scope if such damage is discovered.
3. Pricing & Additional Work
- All prices provided are estimates based on submitted information and initial assessment.
- Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the shoes. Additional charges may apply for: Toe patch or rand repair, Structural or upper damage, Excessive wear beyond standard resoling
- Where possible, we will inform customers before proceeding. However, in cases where additional work is necessary and only identified during the repair process, adjustments may be made accordingly.
4. Payment Policy
- Full payment is required after assessment and before repair begins.
- We will only proceed with repair after payment has been received. Shoes not paid for will not be processed.
5. Drop-off Policy
- Customers are required to drop off their shoes only after receiving confirmation and completing payment.
- We reserve the right to decline acceptance of shoes that are submitted without prior approval.

6. Rubber Selection
- Rubber type and material are subject to availability.
- While preferences may be indicated, the final selection will be determined based on compatibility with the shoe model and condition.
7. Turnaround Time
- Turnaround time of 1.5 - 2 month is an estimate and may vary depending on repair complexity, workload, and material availability.
- Delays may occur during peak periods.
8. Completion & Collection
- Customers will be notified once their shoes are completed and ready for delivery.
- A tracking number will be sent for your order if you opt for mailing.
9. General Disclaimer
- While every effort is made to restore the shoes to optimal condition, resoling does not return shoes to a brand-new state.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present after repair.
