Refund policy

• We do not accept returns for any product(s).
• We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery or date of purchase in-store.
• Sale items or items purchased with a discount code/voucher are not exchangeable.
• Exchanges to a Retail Gift Card are not allowed.
• Exchanges can only be done 1 time under the same order number. Hence, do make sure to confirm the item(s) you wish to exchange before proceeding.
• Original receipt must be presented for exchange.
• Original product is required. Please make sure that your item(s) are unworn, unaltered and still have the tags intact in its original packaging.
• Product(s) can be exchanged at fit • bloc Kent Ridge, subject to the availability of colours and sizes. 
• You may exchange to another item:
• Exchange to lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made.
• Exchange to higher value item - A top-up is required.
• Monowrk reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirements.
• Monowrk reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

Measurements Variance
Do note that the measurements stated may vary by 0.5″ to 1.0″ in our given measurements, due to slight human error. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect and the request for exchange(s) will not be accepted.

Printed Apparels/Products
For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement. Thus, requests for exchange(s) due to such reasons will be rejected.

Coloured Products
Colours shown on screen may have a slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications and resolutions. As such, colours may appear differently from what is shown on site. This applies especially for brighter hues. Requests for exchange(s) due to such reasons will be rejected.
