Where is monowrk based?

We are based on the Little Red Dot — Singapore.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be mailed out within 3 working days, and a tracking number will be provided for every order.

What are the delivery options?

Shipping is priced at $6. Hit a minimum spend of $70 and use code ‘FREESHIP’ at checkout to enjoy free shipping!

All deliveries include a tracking number and will be delivered within 3 working days from when the order is mailed out.

Do note that deliveries may be made either to your letterbox or to your doorstep.

PS. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore. We want to ensure that your parcel only lands in the right hands!

How do I change my delivery information?

You won't be able to amend your delivery information once your order is placed. Not to worry, drop us an email and our team will do our best to help!

  • Just a heads up that there may be delays in shipping for amendments of delivery addresses.

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can relay your request to our delivery partners before your order is delivered!

Do you deliver internationally?

Not yet! At the moment, we only accept domestic orders and deliveries to Singapore addresses.

Can I cancel / change my order after purchase?

Unfortunately, amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed. Please make sure to look through your order carefully before checking out!

Can I return an item?

All items sold are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns. If you have received any defective items – not to worry, we’ve got you covered. Refer to the steps below for further instructions!

What should I do if I received the wrong item or wrong quantity of an item?

Please drop us an email at hello@monowrk.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the items that you received
  • Let us know the correct item / quantity that you are supposed to receive

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take.

For any incorrect item(s) received, we will mail you a return label to return your order.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

  • A photo of the defective items

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments via Visa, Master, American Express, and Apple Pay.

What should I do if my payment fails?

The possible reasons why your payment failed are:

  • Your device might have lost connection during checkout,
  • Your card may have been rejected

If you're still having trouble placing an order after multiple attempts, please drop us an email with a screenshot of the error and we will assist you from there.
