Backorder Period:

The backorder period will be open until 28th July 2024, 2359 hours.

Estimated Time of Arrival:

The estimated time of arrival for backordered products is the start of September 2024. Please note that this is an estimate and there may be unforeseen delays. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes to the arrival date.

Notification:

Once the backordered products arrive, we will contact you via Whatsapp to inform you that your order is ready for pickup or delivery. Please ensure that you provide us with a valid Whatsapp number during the checkout process.

Payment:

Please note that payment for backordered products will be processed at the time of placing the order. This is to secure your reservation and ensure that you receive the product as soon as it becomes available.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Backorders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
